Pricing depends on session frequency and package length. Your first consultation is completely free with no obligation. Contact Mark to discuss the option that suits your goals and budget — packages start from a single session through to ongoing monthly programmes.

Sessions take place at PureGym Bexhill and can also be arranged outdoors. Mark will discuss the most suitable location for you during your free consultation. Online coaching is also available if in-person sessions aren't practical.

Absolutely. Many of Mark's most successful clients had never set foot in a gym before they started. Every programme is built from scratch around your current fitness level. Mark specialises in helping beginners build confidence and results without any judgement.

Most clients notice improvements in energy, mood and strength within 3–4 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically appear at 6–8 weeks with consistent training and following the nutrition guidance. The timeline varies depending on individual goals and starting point.

If training at PureGym, you'll need a PureGym membership (available from around £25/month). Mark can advise on the best membership option. Outdoor sessions require no gym membership at all.

Mark has experience working with clients managing various health conditions and injuries. He will always work within guidelines and in liaison with your GP or physiotherapist where necessary. Please mention any conditions during your free consultation.
