I was a bit dubious at first about taking the plunge to engage with a personal trainer. However, after my initial contact with Mark I’m so happy that I did.
I have found Mark to be an excellent trainer. . In four workout sessions (30 mins per session, twice a week) I lost 5.5 inches from my body and 2lbs in weight.
I was well chuffed with my results, and I know for me personally, I couldn’t have achieved this without the workouts and Marks encouragement.
The exercise area is fully equipped with a relaxing friendly atmosphere.
Sooooo if you are thinking of taking the plunge, and are prepared to put the effort in, go ahead, as I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Mark is an inspirational coach and I met him at a point in my life when I really needed encouragement in everything, not just fitness.
He is non-judgemental, thoughtful and one hundred per cent supportive. I already feel better in so many ways in just a few months.
Public gyms are great, but can intimidate you if you are not quite ready.
Mark helps you take the first steps in the friendly atmosphere of his private well-equipped gym and then continues helping with the road which follows.
