My path to success - experiences and challenges
II spent years working in corporate banking until a bad experience forced me to pause and ask a pretty big question: what do I actually enjoy doing?
The answer was simple. Moving my body. Connecting with people. Helping them feel better about themselves.
So I walked away from banking and stepped into health and fitness.
Not long after, I suffered a serious back injury that required surgery. That experience changed everything.
It gave me a real, lived understanding of how hard it can be physically, mentally, and emotionally to rebuild your health when things feel stacked against you.
Since then, I’ve combined that experience with proper training to help others do the same.
No quick fixes. No fluff.
Just realistic, sustainable progress delivered with empathy and straight talking.
Empathic
Being an overweight bullied teen, experiencing a serious injury and also pursuing a semi professional sports dream have all given me the ability to experience and feel lows, highs and everything inbetween.

Aside from my practical life experience my academic
qualifications cover physical fitness, nutrition, mindset change, transformational change plus others, so that I can offer a complete solution that takes into account and
overcomes physical and mental hurdles.
