Who is Mark Saker?

My path to success - experiences and challenges
I’m Mark. I’m 58. And I know what rebuilding your body actually feels like.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years in corporate banking. A difficult period forced me to stop and ask what I really wanted to do.
The answer was simple — help people feel stronger.
Not long after changing careers, I suffered a serious back injury that required surgery. That experience reshaped how I coach forever.
I’ve felt the frustration of starting again.
The loss of confidence.
The uncertainty around what’s safe.
That’s why I specialise in helping men and women over 40.
Because at this stage of life:
Quick fixes don’t work.
Extreme workouts don’t last.
And generic advice falls short.
What works is structure. Progressive strength. Realistic nutrition. Accountability.
If you’re ready to move from stuck to strong, I’ll show you how.

Empathic
Being an overweight bullied teen, experiencing a serious injury and also pursuing a semi professional sports dream have all given me the ability to experience and feel lows, highs and everything inbetween.
Learn
Aside from my practical life experience my academic
qualifications cover physical fitness, nutrition, mindset change, transformational change plus others, so that I can offer a complete solution that takes into account and
overcomes physical and mental hurdles.
Results-oriented
I'm only interested in getting the results you want not
outcomes that suit me. Everything I do is geared specifically to you and getting what you want out of the effort you put in.
